By creating an account and using Agency OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Agency OS is a SaaS platform for creative freelancers providing tools for job management, quoting, invoicing, crew coordination, and production budgeting.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may not share your account with third parties.
Agency OS is a paid service billed monthly via Stripe. All prices include applicable VAT where required by law.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Agency OS. We do not claim any rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently and immediately removed from our systems. This action is irreversible.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated via status.agencyos.studio.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg.
